DESCRIPTION:Join the Cape Girardeau and Jackson Chambers of Commerce for a day of advocacy in Jefferson City!\n\n\n\nAs our next step in connecting our members with Legislators\, we will be traveling to the Capitol for a one-day experience where attendees will network with Legislators in the House and Senate\, meet with State Officials and tour different areas of the Capitol! Carpools will be arranged prior to the event to assist with transporting all attendees to and from Jefferson City. \n\n \nTentative Agenda\n\n6:15 am   Meet to carpool from Sportsplex Parking Lot\n\n6:30 am   Last vehicle leaves Sportsplex for Jefferson City\n\n10:00 am   Groups start arriving at Statehouse for meetings.\n\n10:15 am   Group welcome and orientation\, rundown of the day's schedule.\n\n10:30 am   House Gallery to view activity.\n\n11:00 am   Meeting(s) with House Members\n\n11:30 am   Lunch Meeting as a group at Madison's (Sponsored by Buzzi Unicem/BOLD Marketing)\n\n1:00 pm   Senate Gallery to view activity.\n\n1:30 pm   Meeting(s) with Senator(s)\n\n2:00 pm   Meeting(s) with State Officials\n\n2:30 pm   Tour the Statehouse/Museum/Chambers\n\n3:00 pm - Vehicles begin traveling back to Cape Girardeau\n\n7:30 pm   Last vehicles arrive back to Sportsplex in Cape Girardeau
