With decades of military service\, Sandy started her journey as an enlisted Marine. Her leadership includes recent crises to include tornadoes\, floods\, ice storms\, civil unrest\, Southwest Border Mission\, pandemic response\, and the most challenging recruiting era in five decades. Sandy currently serves as a leadership instructor at the U.S. Command & General Staff College in the Army Reserves.
