Mid America Rehab is currently seeking an full-time Office Manager for our Physical Therapy clinic in Cape Girardeau.
Duties include but are not limited to clerical including reception, scheduling appointments, working with medical insurance, medical billing, and providing general administrative support to our employees. Previous experience as a front office manager or office administrator is advantageous. Previous experience with medical billing and insurance required.
The Office Manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation.
- Experience as an Office Manager
- Experience with medical billing and medical insurance
- Experience with work comp
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as knowledge of medical scheduling and billing software
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
