Your responsibilities:

  • Maintain, repair, replace and configure new and redeployed computer hardware. Perform preventative maintenance and imaging techniques, required for upgrades and troubleshooting.
  • Utilize standard ticket systems to support users and resolve problems. Monitor systems and dashboards to analyze issues and aid with solutions.
  • Maintain supplies and hardware inventories. Follow standard procedures for proper disposal and recycling of computer hardware.

Our requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of computer systems and componentry, network fundamentals and Active Directory.
  • 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience supporting Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office 2016 or later, within an enterprise environment.
  • Requires travel to support other Mondi locations, flexibility to work non-business hours that may include weekends &/or holidays in both a manufacturing and office environment
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, interpersonal skills and well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to supervisor work provided by third party contractors/temporary or project tasks

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology
