Rylan grew up in Jackson, Missouri and graduated from Jackson Senior High School in May of 2022. Rylan is currently attending Southeast Missouri State University and is majoring in Business Administration and minoring in Marketing Management. He is very family centered and looks up to his parents as they taught him hard work and how no dream is too big with the right mindset.
Rylan has a passion for working and helping others. In the spring of 2020, he became the Co-Owner of Wessell Martin Lawns, which grew 600% in just two years. Rylan now uses his prior business and entrepreneurial knowledge to help clients navigate their real estate buying, selling, and investing. He is a full-time Broker/Property Manager specializing in residential and commercial sales and property management.
When Rylan is not working or at school, you can find him in the gym working out, spending time with his family or friends, or watching the St. Louis Cardinals or whatever big sports game is on. Rylan loves the Cape Girardeau/Jackson area and is thankful to call it home. With trust, respect, and enthusiasm Rylan wants to help every client accomplish their needs.
