Developing the Leaders Around You - Whether you are a business owner who needs to hire the right leaders to grow your company or you are ready to train up existing team members to fill leadership roles within your organization, there is no greater responsibility than equipping, nurturing and developing potential leaders. The Developing the Leaders Around You MasterMind Group will help you map out a plan of action for recognizing the potential in your team so that you can grow them into leaders who develop other leaders. It will also help you become better at identifying and hiring the right talent for your company.

The Developing the Leaders Around You MasterMind group meets for 75 minutes per week to discuss the book, to share personal interpretations of the material, to learn from their peers, and to put principle to practice in their personal and professional lives.
