Our newly developed Lunch & Learn series will provide an opportunity for our members to connect and network with each other over lunch while also learning more about a current topic or issue that may be relevant to the majority of our members.
Childcare in our region has been a developing issue for many years. With availabilty and affordability being a concerning factor for employees, and the pandemic heightening the problem, it has now become a top focus for large and small employers alike looking to recruit and retain employees. Robin Phillips, CEO of Child Care Aware of Missouri, will be joining us as we take a hard look at the root cause of the problem, current statistics, and potential short and long term solutions. Joining us for this interactive event will also be local representatives from childcare facilities to weigh in on the conversation.
We hope you will join us as we start this conversation and put into action a plan to help our local business community.
