Women's Network Virtual Power Hour

Description

Due to the current social distancing guidelines currently in place, we are shifting gears. Over the last several weeks many of us have had to adjust to a new way we do this thing called life. Some are homeschooling their children while attempting to keep up with working a full time job - at home or the office. Others may be overwhelmed because their workload has tripled or quadrupled during this crisis. Maybe some of us are feeling the affects of being socially distanced from our family and friends. We understand!

Dr. Greg Pursley with PC Wellness Centers, AKA the singing chiropractor, will join us for the first portion of the call to share some tips for unique ways to alleviate stress. We will have dedicated time for those who join to say hello and briefly share about your business (30 seconds or less).
