The YP Summit is a one-day experience that provides a space for dreamers, changemakers, innovators, and open-minded young professionals to get informed, become inspired, and learn what it takes to be a leader. This event provides the tools, resources, and access to community visionaries who will empower the leaders of today and tomorrow to become catalysts for positive change.

We invite you to activate your curiosity, discover new ways to grow personally and professionally, foster connections, and dig your roots deep into the community to become the leader you were meant to be.

Join more than 100 young professionals in this day-long exploration, fueled by inspiring keynote speakers, insightful panel discussions, motivating change-maker sessions, and opportunities to connect with the leaders of today and tomorrow. We are all in this together.

Will Severns 


Will Severns is the Founder of Membands and Qwill Creative, and the Co-Founder of Streamline Books, where his company helps prospective authors write, edit, and publish their book in a 16-week process. In all three of his businesses, Will is passionate about moving stories forward and encouraging others with what they've been given to do the best wherever they're planted.
 
Will is the author of Gouge: Delete Social Media. Eliminate Pornography. Experience Freedom. And he speaks to groups on the topics of entrepreneurship, ministry, and the benefits of deleting social media—among other stories he loves to share with audiences. Will is a firm believer that "You don't have to be funny, but you have to be fun."
 
Will and his wife, Lauren, live in Kansas City with their son, Branch, and daughter, Wynnie. He is an avid Royals and Chiefs fan, and loves to read, exercise, eat Kansas City BBQ, and plan fun date nights/vacations with Lauren.
