Estimated Hourly Wage: $17-$18 an hour + Bonus Potential
 

Job Summary:

Papa Murphy’s Take ‘N’ Bake Pizza is seeking a passionate, customer-focused, and results-driven Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations at our store. The Store Managers are responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, leading a team to achieve sales and operational goals, and upholding Papa Murphy’s commitment to quality and service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Help oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• ?Hire, train, and manage a team of crew members and shift leaders.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
• Monitor inventory, manage ordering, and maintain product quality and freshness.
• Implement and maintain Papa Murphy’s standards for food safety and sanitation.
• Drive store sales by delivering excellent customer service and executing local marketing strategies.
• Create weekly schedules that balance labor needs and budget requirements
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to team members

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality is a plus

• Minimum 2 years of retail, restaurant, or food service management experience

• Strong leadership and team-building skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Proficient in basic computer operations (POS systems, scheduling software, inventory management)

• Food Handler's Permit or ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
