Internal Customer Service Representative

Location: Jackson, MO | Full Time | In Office
Coalter Insurance is a full-service insurance brokerage specializing in all lines of insurance. We represent multiple carriers to help clients find the best rates, coverage, and conditions. We work for the CLIENT, not the carrier, 0allowing us to provide unbiased, cost-effective recommendations.
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, positive team member who enjoys taking care of clients and supporting the team from behind the scenes. This is a customer-service-focused position with opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities:
•Provide exceptional internal and client customer service
•Assist with client needs, follow-up, and problem resolution
•Support the team with daily priorities and organization
•Values relationships
•Communicate with clients, carriers, and team members
•Help improve processes and keep work moving forward

Qualifications:
•Insurance licensed or willing to obtain a Missouri insurance license
•Customer service experience preferred
•Sales experience is a plus
•Comfortable with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace
•Strong communication, grammar, and attention to detail
