Digital Marketing Coordinator – Creative, Strategic, and Fast on Your Feet

We’re looking for a driven and detail-savvy Digital Marketing Coordinator who’s equal parts creative thinker and strategic doer. In this role, you’ll support tpc and our family of sister brands—including restaurants and service-based businesses—through digital campaigns, content creation, and brand-building strategies that deliver real results. From managing content calendars and digital campaigns to coordinating internal events, this position offers a little bit of everything. What You’ll Be Doing:

Digital Strategy & Content Execution

  • Plan and manage content across digital platforms including web, blogs, email, and social media for multiple brands
  • Create engaging, platform-specific content that captures brand personality and drives engagement
  • Creating short-form videos and motion content for use across platforms
  • Coordinate email marketing efforts, including concepting, writing, scheduling, and reporting
  • Implement basic SEO strategies for blog posts and web content
  • Track analytics and campaign performance to help refine future content and strategy

Campaign & Project Coordination

  • Plan and support internal culture events and cross-functional marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with the creative team and leadership to move projects from idea to launch
  • Maintain accurate billing and reporting for web clients and digital marketing efforts

Brand Voice & Visibility

  • Keep each brand’s messaging consistent, creative, and aligned with their audience
  • Respond to online reviews, comments, and messages with professionalism and authenticity
  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and tactics—and bring fresh ideas to the table
  • Build campaign overviews, strategy docs, or playbooks that guide internal efforts

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in digital marketing, content strategy, or campaign coordination
  • Solid writer with a strong understanding of brand tone across digital channels
  • Familiar with marketing tools like email platforms (Mailchimp, Salesforce, etc.), content schedulers (Social Pilot, Meta Business Suite, etc.), and basic analytics
  • Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Suite, or similar platforms for creating visual content
  • Comfortable with video creation and editing—especially for short-form, social-ready formats
  • Creative but organized—able to handle multiple moving parts without losing track
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving team
  • Bonus points for experience in B2B, hospitality, or creative service industries

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
