What You’ll Do
- Customer Experience: Actively engage with customers to provide expert product advice and ensure a "nearly perfect" shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Efficiently manage Point of Sale (POS) transactions and maintain high accuracy in cash handling.
- Merchandising: Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and creating eye-catching displays to showcase our latest branded footwear.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store team to maintain a clean, organized, and vibrant environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous retail or merchandising experience is preferred but not required for candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Reliability: You must have dependable transportation and be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Proactivity: Someone who takes initiative and thrives in a team-oriented setting.
