Business Success Series 2020
- Ready, Set, Startup – 9 to 10:30 am - Join us to learn about the seven most important steps to take when starting your own business. We’ll explore startup steps such as how to sketch your business model, start-up costs, legal steps, marketing, and more practical things)
- Strategic Growth – 11 to 12:30pm - In the Strategic Growth workshop we’ll explore and use a management tool called GrowthWheel. The GrowthWheel tool provides a 360 perspective on your business, helps you identify focus areas, make decisions, and take action!
- Creating Your Brand Experience – 1 to 2:30pm - Join us to explore how your business can identify and implement a strong and recognizable brand. Learn how to create the experience you want your customers to remember and talk about for hours, day, and months.
- 10 Ways to Innovate – 3 to 4:30pm- In this workshop we’ll explore 10 different ways businesses can identify and develop innovations within their company.
