The past year brought many new and exciting changes for the Cape Chamber. In addition to making progress on a variety of ongoing initiatives, we implemented our essential skills campaign – Capable, expanded our job shadowing program to include both high school and University students, launched several small networking groups, and are currently in the process of growing our Talent Attraction Campaign in an effort to improve area talent.
