About Us

R & R Estates Investments, LLC invests in residential rental property and our most recent investment was a tri-plex at 418 Independence which used to be the Cape Montessori School. One of the apartments has been staged as a AirBNB. A brief description is as follows:

We know you’ll be wowed from the moment you walk into our 1300 square feet eclectic designed space that is two bedrooms and one bath. Our design includes: the building's history of Cape’s Montessori School painted on the walls, a reading nook equipped with a hanging swing, themed bedrooms; each with a different design, a map showing the location of each guest, a picnic basket for a day by the river and even two vintage bicycles to explore the downtown area of Cape Girardeau.

We've thought of everything to make your stay comfortable from the fully stocked kitchen, an honor system for refreshments in the fridge, to all of the amenities and intricacies including a welcome basket on your bed, high speed internet access and Netflix on a 50” TV!

Each bedroom has mattresses that are new 10'' memory foam that have already received great reviews.

Our space works well for a group of friends, two couples, or small families that can accommodate sleeping for up to seven people. We even rent for small business owners to host parties for their business.

While you're staying here, the house will be your private oasis.
